Behavioral Change Through
The Character Arc™ Method
ReManned Diversion Services provides court-aligned, psychoeducational programming built on a proprietary behavioral framework known as The Character Arc™ Method.
Our work is designed to interrupt destructive patterns, confront internal misalignment, and rebuild disciplined behavior that holds up under real-world pressure—not just inside a classroom.
We do not manage symptoms.
We rebuild character.
Our Unique Approach: The Character Arc™ Method
Behavior does not fail randomly. It fails in sequence.
The Character Arc™ Method is a three-phase behavioral model that addresses why behavior breaks, what keeps it broken, and how disciplined change is sustained over time.
SQ — Belief
Men examine who they believe they are and why they exist. When identity is unclear or fractured, behavior becomes reactive and inconsistent.
This phase focuses on:
- Personal identity
- Core belief systems
- Meaning, direction, and internal alignment
AQ — Capacity
Men are trained to remain grounded and disciplined under pressure. This phase builds capacity through responsibility, ethical decision-making, adaptability, and internal standards.
This phase focuses on:
- Self Regulation
- Accountability for Choices
- Discipline Under Pressure
MQ³ — Execution
Men learn how to execute character skillfully across real life—personal conduct, family leadership, and community contribution.
This phase focuses on:
- Applied behavior
- Daily decision-making
- Long-term stability
This method allows ReManned to address anger, parenting challenges, substance-related decisions, and value confusion without therapy or clinical treatment—while still producing measurable change.
Diversion Services Offered
Anger Management
Anger is not eliminated. It is disciplined.
ReManned Anger Management applies The Character Arc™ Method to help participants understand how fractured identity and weak pressure tolerance lead to explosive or destructive responses.
Participants learn to:
- Identify internal and external triggers
- Recognize escalation patterns
- Regulate emotional energy
- Choose disciplined responses under pressure
This is psychoeducation with accountability, not therapy.
Outcome: Men who experience anger without being controlled by it.
Parenting Classes
Parenting failures are leadership failures.
ReManned Parenting Classes use The Character Arc™ Method to restore role clarity, responsibility, and discipline in the home—particularly for fathers who were never shown how to lead well.
Participants learn to:
- Understand the impact of their behavior on children
- Establish discipline without emotional volatility
- Communicate with clarity and consistency
- Lead from values instead of impulse
Outcome: Parents who lead intentionally and create stability for their children.
Values Clarification
When values are unclear, behavior collapses under pressure.
Values Clarification is a core Identity and Purpose intervention within The Character Arc™ Method. Participants identify the internal standards that govern decisions, boundaries, and conduct.
Participants learn to:
- Identify personal values and non-negotiables
- Understand how value conflict drives poor decisions
- Align behavior with internal standards
- Strengthen integrity under pressure
Outcome: Men who know what they stand for—and act accordingly.
Alcohol & Drug Awareness
Substance-related offenses are decision failures before they are dependency issues.
This program applies The Character Arc™ Method to examine how impaired judgment, emotional avoidance, and poor pressure tolerance contribute to risky or illegal behavior.
Participants learn to:
- Understand the effects of substances on judgment and behavior
- Examine the link between use and legal consequences
- Identify personal risk patterns
- Develop responsibility-based prevention strategies
This is education, not treatment.
Outcome: Increased awareness, improved judgment, and reduced recidivism risk.
