About Us
ReManned was born in 2019, out of a vision shared by four men who refused to accept mediocrity. They sought to build thriving businesses, cultivate healthy relationships, and excel in their personal lives—all while facing the unique challenges that come with being Black businessmen with families. It all started in Wilmington, DE—the business capital of the country—a place that represents both opportunity and struggle. We recognized that while Black men have always been brilliant and strong, they’ve often been denied the support systems that others take for granted.
At ReManned, we want you to know that the challenges you’ve faced aren’t your fault, but it is your responsibility to rise above them. No one is coming to save you, but you have the power to save yourself. We’ve spent years perfecting a signature science designed to help Black businessmen like you master it all. Through countless iterations, investing thousands of dollars, and dedicating hours upon hours to refining our process, we’ve developed a system that has transformed the lives of thousands of men around the world. Our work has made such an impact that June 1st was recognized as ReManned Day in the state of Delaware. As a coaching and consulting firm, we specialize in transforming the character of businessmen with families and the institutions that shape their lives, ensuring that you have the tools and strategies you need to dominate every aspect of your life.
The Early Years
On the outside, my family looked perfect, but beneath the surface, we were struggling with challenges that would define who I would become. After years of marital challenges, my parents separated, and my father moved to California. His absence created a void in my life that I didn’t fully understand at the time. My mother was a phenomenal woman who did everything she could to raise me right, but no matter how hard she tried, there was something only a father could provide. That missing piece led me on a journey of searching—searching for something to fill the emptiness that lingered in my soul.
I sought fulfillment in everything I could find: the Marine Corps, the Army, Go Sei Ryu Goju Karate, basketball, baseball—anything that promised to make me whole. But no matter what I achieved or how hard I tried, that sense of completeness eluded me. Even as I excelled in school, relationships, and sports, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. The pain of my father’s absence, and later his passing, left me with a lifetime of unanswered questions. But instead of allowing that pain to break me, I chose to let it forge me into the man I am today—a man who understands that our greatest challenges are also our greatest opportunities for growth.
This journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me that we can find strength in our struggles, and that even the deepest wounds can become the foundation for our most profound transformations.
My Career
My career path was anything but linear—it was a journey of discovery, failure, and ultimately, triumph. I started in school, working a co-op job at Channel 61 as a Master Control Tech. It was a job that taught me the importance of precision and discipline. Then came the Army, where I served as a 91 Delta, a surgical technician responsible for handing the scalpel to the surgeon at precisely the right moment. This role taught me the value of being in the right place at the right time, ready to execute flawlessly.
After the Army, I tried my hand at several jobs, including making sandwiches at DuPont’s Experimental Station—a job I quickly realized wasn’t for me—and working in a dialysis clinic sterilizing artificial kidneys. None of these roles fulfilled me, so I turned to what seemed like a natural fit: ministry. My mother was a pastor, and for 25 years, I poured my heart and soul into full-time ministry. I thought I had found my purpose, but over time, I realized there was something more I was called to do.
In 2019, I retired from ministry to start ReManned. It was a leap of faith, but one that felt right. Looking back, I see how every job, every experience, shaped me into the leader I am today. ReManned became the culmination of my journey—a place where my career evolved into my true calling. Today, I lead the most powerful and brilliant men on the planet, helping them to master their lives just as I’ve learned to master mine. Every step of my career, every challenge, prepared me for this moment, and now I use those lessons to empower others to achieve greatness.
My Life
My personal life has been a battlefield, but I’ve come out on the other side stronger, wiser, and more resilient. I’ve learned that the pain I experienced didn’t happen to me—it happened for me, shaping me into the man I am today. I’ve been divorced and married again, experienced the fear and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, and came out victorious, remaining cancer-free since 2014. I’ve faced betrayal and have also been the betrayer. I know what it’s like to be unfaithful in marriage and to feel the sting of being cheated on.
As a teenage father, I struggled to find my footing, making countless mistakes along the way. I dealt with the pressure of child support arrears and the overwhelming responsibility of raising a child while trying to figure out my own life. I lost an entire family because I was more focused on my career than on the people who mattered most, unwilling to let myself enjoy the simple pleasures of life. I hit rock bottom when I filed for bankruptcy, but I didn’t stay there. Instead, I rebuilt my life, creating a multiple six-figure business and rediscovering the importance of balance and character.
Through it all, I’ve learned that life’s greatest challenges can either break us or make us. I chose to let them make me. I’ve overcome everything life has thrown at me, and I’ve come out on top with a deeper understanding of who I am and what I’m capable of. My journey is proof that no matter how many times you fall, you can rise again, stronger and more determined than ever. And now, my mission is to help other men do the same.
